Brendan James Concert Tonight!
First and foremost I want to say that I’m SO excited for Brendan’s concert tonight at the Canal Room. I’ve never been to the Canal Room, plus I always look forward to seeing Brendan perform. And it will be lots of fun because alot of my friends are going this time. Yay! Hope to see you there…
Now, as happens many days, I’m home alone today with Remy. My back is getting better which is good, but I had to miss my morning exercise class because it still wasn’t 100% and you don’t want to mess with your back. It’s a delicate thing you know? Well, as a result, I’ve been sitting at home working and listening to music, writing, trying to find my muse. So I decided to play around with Photo Booth. I love this invention. Using Photo Booth is slowly helping me get over my fear of myself. Like many of us, I tend to edit myself alot in life, so I’ve been taking baby steps to be bolder and be more open. Those who know me well know that I can be a talker- a person who is unafraid to make a fool of myself. However, those who don’t know me only see the other side of me- the one that is quieter and usually watching what I say so as not to make myself “uncool.” It is my mission to get rid of this alter-ego. So I decided to put up these silly pictures of myself singing to Zion with Lauryn Hill.
And now off to the show!
